bex.bookish (bexbookish) | 7 comments I don't really understand the point system. What do we need to do to get credit for our reading? Do we just need to update our progress as we go? I have a reading planner/journal I track pages in daily.

You will only do a completion post on your teams review thread once you have completed the book. The points are based on the pages of the book. When the team threads are created, the first message will tell you how to post on the team's review thread. I will probably have everything done by tomorrow morning.

Leanne | 26 comments What goes on the spreadsheet? Post our own books, or does someone else add to the spreadsheet. I added a book and want to know if this is correct. Otherwise, I just post a completion on our thread. Sorry, I'm confused.

You can just post books on the team's review thread if you want. The spreadsheet is just to let everyone on your team know what you are reading for that week. It will also let you know who is available to read for at the end of each elimination. Since author's and their tasks won't be available if they are eliminated.

This information will be on the bracket tab as well as the author's tab.

As for the spreadsheet, I just looked at your teams and you did add the information correctly :)

message 7: by Melissa (new)

Melissa | 178 comments The spreadsheet says that books started before 3/1 count for page points only, but I seem to remember in a previous challenge being told that since I'd read more than 100 pages in the challenge month I could count it for a task. Is that how it works? Because I read 403 pages of a book yesterday and today and I'm not sure how to review it. Thanks!

Yes, tasks are repeatable throughout the challenge if the author is still "alive" each week.

Yes, if you read 100+ pages this month you can count those pages read in March towards an author & their task. When you are posting on your team's review just let me know how many pages you read this month.

Jammin Jenny (jamminjenny) | 3851 comments Can I use a book read in Week 2 for an author in Week 3? Or must the book be finished during the week you are in?

You can post whenever - as long as the author/task is still available.
