SOLVED. Juvenile Fantasy: Collection of short stories along the lines of "Strange, But True!" but not finding anything when searching. Read probably early-mid 1990s. Memory of 2 stories in comments. [s]

One story involved a boy who liked to draw. He visited a city for the first time and found a building from his sketches, including initials carved into a wall. Turned out to be a past life.
Another was about twins, one was in a car accident and her tape player got stuck on a song -- the twin sister at home could hear the song in her head and knew something was wrong.

Spooky Kids: Strange but True Tales by Bruce M. Nash has both of these. The drawings / past life one is 'The Mystery of Willie Baker' and the twins one is 'The Fine Line'.

Apparantly it was also published with the title More Haunted Kids, if that edition seems more familiar.
