please help me read something new

I’m literally only reading brandon sanderson (not that there’s anything wrong with that ofc) but i need something new bc i’ve read like everything by him (but i love his books so much so anything similar is much appreciated)

I’ve already read maze runner, harry potter, lunar chronicles, hunger games, the giver, and kotlc

sorry if i gave you an impossible task but every time i ask my dad he gives me some self help book lol

If you want more high/epic fantasy read the Lord of the Rings or the Hobbit (they’re kinda long and can be boring in a couple places, but if you’ve read Sanderson you’ll probably be fine.)

Robin McKinley is another great author—she wrote The Blue Sword (fantasy) and some fairytale retellings (Beauty, Spindle, etc.).

Diana Wynn Jones is another amazing author. She wrote Howl’s Moving Castle and a whole lot of other middle school fiction novels, though I definitely recommend Howl’s Moving Castle.

Based on your reading, you’ve probably already read this, but if you haven’t, the Fablehaven and Dragonwatch series by Brandon Mull as well as all of his other works are amazing.

The Lockwood & Co. series by Jonathan Stroud is another really good series and has a Netflix series adaptation of the first two books.
