YA Romance, read 2014-2017. A teenage girl has agoraphobia, it's actually a pretty good portrayal of this.

One scene has her therapist meet her in the car I believe. She has some sort of attraction to her (new?) neighbour, though I'm not sure if this is a developed romantic plot. She lives with her mother, who has a busy job.

They get their groceries (?) delivered. One day a new guy delivers them and she finds him poking around downstairs when he should've just dropped the groceries and left. Later she finds him having broken in again (I believe he made a spare key) and ends up running to her neighbours house in fear.
