unable to review book "this item does not meet catalogue guidelines"

I've been trying to post my review and rating of a book, but for some reason it's saying it doesn't meet catalogue guidelines?

I'm not too sure what this means?

There is an issue with bots incorrectly marking books as invalid. I changed this book, but it might take some time before it shows correctly.
