Troubles adding two book

Hi everyone!

I created the serie: "Las aventuras de Esther" by Purita Campos last year (a graphic novel).
I can't add 15 and 16th book to this serie at the moment and i don't know why.
so, Has the librarian manual changed? or can't we 8 librarian) do this right now?
