I highly encourage and recommend the reading and actively participating in expressive journal writing for all women of faith. Sure...this book, From Meidelach to Matriarchs ~ A Journal: Jewish Women of Yesteryear to Inspire your Today, is about Jewish women, but the Christianity is founded in Judaism. The historical value of these stories, along with the inspiration for introspection, the motivation to do more, to BE more is worthy of your investment of time and energy. This is a timely book, the author couldn't have published it at a better time. We must remember who we Are. We are daughters of a King. We need to walk in that light.
