I saw that the Strong’s concordance for the word “Captivate” meant “I take captive (in war)”. I found this to be an interesting! It seem we often feel like we are prisoners to our thoughts but in reality the Bible teaches us that our thoughts ought to be our “prisoners”.
We ought to capture them, and experience the freedom in releasing them to the Lord!

This is so true. Like the quote in chapter 1, you are either killing sin or it is killing you. We have to be proactive. There is no stagnancy in war. You are either progressing or regressing. I think we do this mentally so often. There has to be a constant renewing of our mind.
