I'm still reading Lorraine Heaths Scoundrels of St.James series. But who am I kidding I'm super excited for Julie Ann Longs & Eloisa James new book!
Just got Julia Quinn's The Secret's of Sir Richard Kenworthy Looking forward to that.
I think someone mentioned on here a book about the hero and heroine changing places, work, home etc., Can anyone tell me who the author was please? Thanks.
Marnie, you might be thinking of Courtney Milan's Trade Me? It's her first contemporary, and I *loved* it.I'm turning in a book next week, so I haven't been reading much. I miss it. :/ The first book I pick up will either be the new JAL or the new EJ. I'm getting them both tomorrow!
I finished up Half The World by Joe Abercrombie (library book)on Sunday night which I loved. I then read Locke and Key: Volume Five: Clockworks by Joe Hill and Gabriel Rodriguez (library book) which I enjoyed.
I plan on starting The Visitors by Rebecca Mascull (library book) next.
I'm reading a couple of books that were gifted to me from authors I met at Readers Writers Down Under. The first one is
and the second one is
. It was such a great experience meeting some wonderful new authors and also getting to meet one of my favourites Kristen Ashley.
I'm reading Grace Burrowes's The Duke's Disaster, an April 7 release and rereading Marcia Willett's The Summer House, which I bought at a Kindle bargain price.
I've been in a reading funk, going to try to kick start myself by reading Fairest by Marissa Meyer (YA author from my city :) ).
I'm now reading Megan Bryce, To Wed The Widow. I think this one is excellent, despite some spell-check errors (wrong word chosen). AND IT'S STILL FREE FOR EBook!

I was going to read The Shadows by JR Ward but after reading the spoiler from her blog post I think I may skip this one.I have been reading Julie Johnstone's My Seductive Innocent and enjoying it quite a bit.

Thanks, Susan. It should be posted at Heroes and Heartbreakers sometime within the next week.

My copy of your book just arrived this afternoon, Manda.
I have some beta commitments pressing, but I want to get to your book really soon!
I've just finished Four Nights with the Duke - LOVED it! Now going to stat Johanna Lindsey's Gentle Rogue for the April Read in OSRBC ( old School Romance Book Club ) on Facebook :)
I could not get into The Visitors by Rebecca Mascull last night. I am not sure if I will try and pick it up again later in the month or return it to the library and get it out another time.I am now reading Dark Days by Kate Ormand on my Kindle and really enjoying it.
I'm currently reading
and I'm really enjoying it. It's set in 1077 and is centred around fighting between the Saxon's and the Norman's.
Finishing Suzanne Enoch's London's Perfect Scoundrel. Like it so far!
How do you add the little book icon/link to these comments? I'm using Android app.
Kelly, above the comment box there should be - add book/author. Click on that. Do your search and pick, but make sure that down the bottom you pick cover instead of link to add the picture. :-)
Aha! Thank you, Sassy. That function doesn't seem to be available on the Android app, but I see it in the browser.
You're probably right. I can do it on my Kindle Fire but I can't do it on my phone. I set Goodreads up through explorer (don't ask me which one, I can't remember...could be chrome??) on my kindle instead of the app because of all the differences.
I don't know how many of you read categories, but for those who do, I highly recommend Karen Templeton, who perfectly illustrates Nora Roberts's claim that a well-written category is like Swan Lake in a phone booth. I just read and thoroughly enjoyed the latest in her Jersey Boys series, Meant-to-Be Mom.
I just finished ANTICIPATION from Sarah Mayberry and am lamenting the fact that I now have to wait again for her next book! LOL I just love her and could read her books morning, noon and night!I checked out the "Look Inside" feature of Grace Burrowes newest and think I might jump on that bandwagon, finally. I really loved her contemps but haven't read any of her historicals. This one looks like it's right up my alley. It sounds a little reminiscent of older Mary Baloghs. I really love the trope used in this one and we'll see if Grace can do it justice.

Irish, I really liked The Duke's Disaster. I'm all in favor of characters who behave like grown-ups and avoid Big Misunderstandings. These do.

Thanks, Janga. Just from the snippets I've read so far I think I'll like it too. Like I said it has one of my favorite tropes and from what I've read so far what you said seems pretty evident - the characters behave like grown-ups and I love that!
Currently reading Liz Carlyle's first book, My False Heart as I haven't read any of her books yet. I've only seen them on the store shelves and am reading this book on Scribd. I really like what I've seen so far because of the very thorough character development. I'm really looking forward to go through this series!
Hi Ginni! Liz Carlyle has been a favorite of mine for years. I don't always love her characters but her writing is wonderful!
I'm dipping my toes back into the New Adult waters with Alex by Sawyer Bennett. So far so good!

Manda, I've read a few Sawyer Bennett's. Let me know what you think about Alex. I'm wanting to read some NA hockey.
Loved it, Okie! And I loved the second one, Garrett even more. Super angsty but sweet and funny too. The heroine undergoes chemotherapy over the course of the book, something I don't think I've ever seen.
One of the women in Robyn Carr's Summer in Sonoma goes through chemo. If you haven't read it you might like it. Unfortunately we probably see least of her out of the four but it's one of my favorite books by her.
And there is also a Joan Wolf contemp where the secondary couple (older) goes through it .
