1. Who was your favorite character? Celesyria

2. Who was your least favorite character? Elder Dorold

3. If you could change one part of the book, what would it be? (Spoiler?)

I think I would have (view spoiler)[Alder come into the story sooner and with more build-up. He has a fabulous role in the remaining series, and I think building up to how the High One calls him to Himself through his dreams would have been great to have explored some more even if sprinkled into the story lightly in a change-up of the POV. 4. What did you think of the ending? (Spoiler tags, please!)

I think it was a wonderful set up for the remaining series. I also think that (view spoiler)[Wes's crisis, where he finally trusts the High One, was beautiful. Because it happens right at the end, it almost makes Magnify a prequel. (hide spoiler)]

5. What was your overall opinion?

In terms of the writing, I thought it was a little slow paced in parts, and on my first read, I was a little confused about certain aspects. (Once I read the series, I didn't find it confusing anymore.) However, I love the Storm & Spire series as a whole, so this installment gets wrapped up in all that love.💜

Storm & Spire is a wonderful faith story where the world of Kavereth needs to be righted. The High One has called certain people to that task, and we get to journey with them as they grapple with both understanding the High One's plan and learn to surrender their lives and desires to Him in the journey.

I don't know about a favorite, but I was most intrigued by Alder

2. Who was your least favorite character?
Dorold was very easy to dislike.

3. If you could change one part of the book, what would it be?
There was nothing about this book that made me think ugh. The only thing that might need a tweak is the pace in the first half could go a little faster.

4. What did you think of the ending?
(view spoiler)[ The ending was close to perfect, and I totally agree with Sharon that Wes's conviction to trust the High One and admit his faults was written in a way that spoke to my heart. (hide spoiler)]

5. What was your overall opinion?
Magnify made me want to read the second book!

Wes. I loved his character so much.

(view spoiler)[ I think Wes believed Celesyria a bit too fast. Considering this is something he grew up believing for so long, I thought it would take some time. I mean yes he did have some doubts but I still think a few more chapters would have done it for me (hide spoiler)]

No spoilers here! I loved it and it made me excited for the next book.
