Started a few hours ago... through Chapter 31... all the disparate plots are starting to connect...

Read this today! (view spoiler)[ so honestly a lot of the bad cops/ henchmen were being mixed up in my head... I know there were a few distinctive ones there, but I couldn't tell you names and what parts they played lol
Just that one was Dina's dad and what the hell kind of shenanigans is that girl up to??!!! Is she a baddie???

Also Seely's dad is the fucking worst! Ugh I wish she would have let the ghouls at him ><

The dream stuff was really cool and the eldritch horror of a Jabberwock was very fun to imagine!
I like how this one again we get what seems to be a bad guy back on the MC's side. Was not expecting Alice to be that Alice! The way she was first described was some kind of biblically accurate angel and I was trying to match her to any greek gods from my knowldege..

And gah can't Nell and Tyler get together already??? Why is the timing always horrible! lol (hide spoiler)]

Kind of devastated to be honest. I hate the way Netflix decides to renew things. Im probably gonna stop giving shows a chance if theres just one season, been burned too many times.

(view spoiler)[I loved the development of Nell & Tyler into full-fledged unofficial witches (official to Hekate if not the Coven)... with their unique wands (pen, paintbrush, straight razer)...

I spent most of the book unsure if this was the end of Midnight Scoop, with the possibility of Tyler moving across country and splitting the team up...

I loved the direction it went with everything, the real trend of misunderstood bad guys in this spinoff series, and in my head book 3 has Dina as the "bad guy", but only because she didn't handle Mirror World very well, and it'll also be a bit of a romance between Dina & Seelie... so redemption, as usual, for the Midnight Scoop...

That's my prediction anyway... (hide spoiler)]

Overall, this one reminded me of Dimension 20: Unsleeping City, and Sisters Grimm with the villain...
