Please merge and update

Hi
There are three issues please with The Tree Almanac 2024:

1. The ebook has an out of date cover (should match the final cover release shown for the hardback edition)

2. Could the two versions be linked as different editions? currently they appear to be unlinked.

3. The author is listed with 'Dr' for one edition (which is technically correct) but this means The Tree Almanac 2024 is not linked with his 'other' profile which does not include 'Dr'.
i.e. This (https://www.goodreads.com/author/show...) shows only one title but should be linked with (https://www.goodreads.com/author/show...)
