I think he is the only one that can but it will probably be Rachel or Logan.

I hope it's Quinn. Don't know why, but it seems fitting, especially because to the way this guy went after him.

Yeah, he needs some sort of retribution after what he did to him as he took Rachel, twice but I think it will most likely be Logan and Rachel will take down the Commander, or the other way around.

I agree Sylvia. I really want it to be Quinn but it will probably be Rachel.
