Thank you Jaclyn. I have this irrational need to get all of the entries cleared. We had it down to 599. Having the combining tool be disabled for those weeks was probably NOT a good thing for someone like me. You guys exposed me to this portion of editing. I was content in my own little corner. Now there are just not enough hours in the day. I may be slightly addicted to this site. I am actually DREAMING! about editing. LOL

Hahaha! Well I definitely appreciate you getting involved in there. I can relate, last year I spent many hours of my own (non-work) time in that folder, archiving and addressing requests. It is addictive!
