The new system is taking too long

There has no improvement at all since the introduction of the new system. It takes far too long for requests to add books to be granted.

Why not allow the option to add yourself when the book has already been added in the original language?
There is also no overview at all in the countless requests. Goodreads isn't fun anymore.

Our volunteer Librarians are working hard to fulfil requests, which we hugely appreciate. We also expect most requests to be fulfilled by the Amazon catalog import. We appreciate your patience while we work to improve this experience.
