Thinking About Becoming a Real Estate Developer?
question
"There is no inventory." Really?

Ted Ihde
Just about 16 million homes sit vacant in the United States today. So while there may be "no inventory" in the traditional sense - i.e.: limited homes listed and available for sale, in relation to the number of buyers in the market - one route for real estate professionals to consider could be, 1) find the owners of millions of vacant homes, 2) acquire and rehab the homes, or list the homes for sale, and then 3) sell the homes.
