Donna Lundy | 88 comments 1. My first question is whether to combine or keep separate, 2 editions of same novel, but with introduction written by different persons. If the main text of the novel is the same, do I combine those with others that have different Introductions or keep those separate? I have come across several examples of novels combined like that, especially in classics with many different editions of the same novel.

2. Second question is about annotated editions. Do those get combined with unannotated versions or should they be separate?

Thanks for your help!
~Donna

Donna Lundy | 88 comments OK, Thanks, so it only matters if the main text of the novel or book is the same. Anything else can be different.

That is very helpful to know.
