READER'S BLOCK!

i was in a massive reading slump from october-december, just starting to pick it back up.
unfortunately i don’t really read books in the genres you’re looking for, but good luck on your journey <3
my number one tip for readers block is to not push it—whether it’s that you’re reading slower than usual, or not reading at all, don’t force yourself because you’ll only push yourself deeper into the slump.

and Chris Carter Detective Hunter Series are amazing
and if you want something short and random and got a little bit of bromance between a vampire and a werewolf Gil's All Fright Diner

@Christine: Added to the list!
@Jonesy: You're absolutely right, and pushing will just make the experience painful rather than fun. Thank you
@Rori: Read Silent Patient (amazing suggestion), will add the other 2
@Del: I've never read fanfics, any rec?
@Killua: Added Paperweight, will YouTube the Booktubers. And I am, indeed, like you when it comes to the phone addiction! Gets worse when you're reading on the phone coz every insta ping is a distraction lol
@Elise: 5 survive is next! Sharp Objects I've read already! Great Suggestions!
@Sarah : Read Silent Patient, added the other 2, thanks
@Tori: I do enjoy re-reading Rick Riordan's work, but some part of me is always upset that there are so many books that I haven't read which are waiting to be consumed
@Ash: Didn't think. Didn't even read the synopsis. Added it to the list. Thanks!
Preferred categories: thrillers, mysteries, whodunnits
And since I'm temporarily lacking confidence in my reading abilities; the shorter the novel, the better. Thanks!
