Dean Koontz's Storm Front is Incorrectly in Moonlight Bay Series

Hi, this is a tricky situation. I'm not familiar with this author. There is a librarian note saying: "this was supposed to be the 3rd Christopher Snow book, which Dean never wrote and has never been published". Librarians can't delete/remove books that have valid isbn numbers, there are three editions for this book with isbn numbers. It looks like it was planned and never released. In this case, the author themselves has to contact Goodreads and ask the books to be removed only if the books have never been published and will never be published. The book has this description "Bizarre hallucinations...or chilling reality? A desperate woman must find the truth before it's too late. Another riveting novel from the author of the #1 New York Times bestseller Sole Survivor." It does not sound like it belongs in that series from reading the descriptions for books 1 and two. It looks like this was going to be a standalone. Maybe the author should ask for the removal of the book from that series at least. The thing is we are volunteers and our rights can be removed if we are not careful of following the rules or make mistakes.
I tried to find confirmation that this book Storm Front is not part of the series but couldn't find anything so I don't feel confident in removing the book from the series page.
There is no 3rd book to the Moonlight Bay series. Dean Koontz has publicly stated multiple times, including on Goodreads, that the 3rd Moonlight Bay book has not been finished.

He has also stated multiple times that he has worked on the 3rd book and it is called "Ride The Storm"

As far as my friends and I can tell, the book "Storm Front" by Dean Koontz does not exist and should be completely removed from Goodreads. It is not listed on any websites as a Dean Koontz book other than Goodreads.
There is a listing for Storm Front on Amazon from a 3rd party reseller and also on AbeBooks, but both listings point to the same seller - Hawkins Books. They have not answered any of my emails about the book.
So we believe that there is no book by Dean Koontz called Storm Front - and if Storm Front does truly exist in some form, it is certainly not the third book of the Moonlight Bay series.
