I need help finding a book I read in 2007, but I know it's older than that.

I have been trying to find this book for years! I got the book off my grandmas bookshelve in 2007. Unfortunately, my grandma had passed away so I can't ask her, but she was hardcore reader and probably wouldnt remember anyway. I remember the cover was white and glossy. I don't remember what was on the cover, just the color. Any help would be AMAZING! Thank you in advance ☺️

It was definitely written for adults. I dont know what country it was written in, or the exact year it was published. It had to be before 2007 though. I can't remember the author, but I'm pretty sure it was a woman.
The plot is about two kids who meet when they are young. I believe he was either coming from a bad home situation or in foster care, and she was well to do. They befriend each other and their feelings grow for one another. They eventually have sex with each other, but get separated for some reason. She ends up becoming a famous super model and is married, and he becomes a famous actor. They know of each, but don't reconnect until they are older. She ends up leaving her husband or cheating on him with actor. In the end they end up back together.
