Do you have an ISBN & a date of publication (or projected date of publication) I don't think Support will add you to the author programme without this.
Not so necessary, but the publisher & number of pages would also be good.
I do not have an ISBN yet, and my projected date of publication is sometime in 2025, probably later in the year.

If you click on Community, then Groups you should be able to find an author's group to advise you. This isn't something volunteer librarians can do.
