Hi, this help article should answer your questions about Goodreads Librarians: https://help.goodreads.com/s/article/... about answering questions made by members. Anyone knowledgeable enough can help answer questions, though since most questions in this group are about librarian stuff, the person replying should be familiar with the librarian manual.
