The mystery aspect is skillfully crafted, keeping me engaged with its suspenseful twists. Some descriptions were vivid and intense, catering well to fans of the genre. While I anticipated certain plot turns, the identity of the murderer took me by surprise.

The romantic storyline was equally captivating. Having looked forward to its development since the series began, I thoroughly enjoyed exploring the intricacies of the relationships.

Overall, the second book proves to be a welcome addition to the series, maintaining the same level of enjoyment as the first. I'm eager to continue reading and see where the story takes Kendra next.

This sounds good. I could really go for a nice time travel book right now.

It doesn't deal a lot with time travel in particular (for now) but yes, it's a nice series.
