good night, I would like to know why on successive occasions I requested that a book be uploaded and yet even though I put the [open] sign on it, it has not been uploaded.

Postscript: another question, only editors and authors or readers can request that books be uploaded as well?

I had a look on your page & none of your requests are more than 4 days old. After a week just bump up your requests by replying to it.

Everything is very behind here & we are volunteers.
