For self-published books, we need a source like the author site, where it can be purchased. Not social media.
Not all books meet Goodreads criteria for inclusion.

@Olga I see literally no reason to not add this book to the database. It's an existing book.

The librarian manual states:

"Other valid cover sources
An individual user's scans or photos, taken of books they own or have in their possession"

As you surely understand, it doesn't matter if you don't see any reason for the book not being added, as you won't be the one adding the book.

We need to know where the book is or has been available for purchase, as there are rules regarding this to determine if the book can be added.

The photo you provided is perfectly suitable to be used as the book cover. However, we need more information. If you cannot provide a webpage with the book's information, you can provide a photo of the book's page where this information is listed.

Finally, if you claim that the book fits the profile of book-length fanfiction, we need to know the number of pages, which you have not provided, to evaluate if it indeed qualifies as book-length.

I hope you understand that the librarians have the responsibility to keep the GR database as accurate as possible, and for this reason, we cannot blindly add books without confirming if they are eligible to be added.
