Guy, I apologize. You're right. This is a problem on Goodreads' end.

JA, you need to contact Goodreads support. When you go to your book page, there is a banner across the top of the page that reads:

"This item does not meet our catalog guidelines and can no longer be rated or reviewed."

I've actually never seen this before and glancing over your look inside on Amazon, can't understand why it would apply to your book. I would contact Goodreads help and ask that it be fixed.

Okay, now as I am clicking on JA's book page, it looks like there are two editions, both kindle editions. When I click on one of them, the error message is still there. When I click to the other kindle edition, the error message is gone, and the book can be reviewed:
