Um.. every book at some point has just been cringy...?I sound crazy for say that
NOS4A2 by Joe Hill creeped me way out because of the children.
some of the twisted series scenes like no hate the books were good but sometimes...

I didn't think the first book had much flaws but, the further you go into the series the more flaws you see. Also a lot of questions of things that don't make total sense.

Our chemical hearts. I probably should have read it when I was younger, but I’d like to think that I am young (19). It’s just clearly written for young teenagers, though I’d probably appreciate it most in my preteens.
As a school librarian, I've come across some books that made me wonder why they were still on the shelf. The most memorable are The Two Germanies, and The Great American Negro Songbook, both of which can still be found on Amazon.
Playground by Aron Beauregard. It is the one thing I most regret reading 🤮

Court of the vampire queen by Katee Robert the love triangle and plot was a no for me
Colourless Tsukuru by Haruki Murakami. I normally love Murakami's novels, however this one was my least favourite as the main character radiated cringe all around!
mixed signals by B.K. Borrison the book was tough to get through
Might be controversial but A Court of Thorns and Roses. I tried so hard to like this book, but some those scenes with Rhysand I could not get behind.
