I think it was made in error with a throwaway ISBN. It was created in December 2012 by a user.

In 2018 the official edition (that was released in 2012) was added to the data base:

This is the oldest edition at WorldCat.


Apropos of nothing, but a (now defunct) Kindle edition with that cover was created by the bots in 2014, even though the bot gave the date as 2013, something that doesn’t match anything.
The book was re-released in 2014 with a different cover so logic dictates that was the one that should have been used.
