I saw killua and I clicked) also i usually don't eat when i read ((anymore)), because one time i reached for a french toast stick and subconsciously used it as a book mark. ... there's no way 10 yr old me was that invested in a BIG NATE book, but there's nothing I can do about it now unfortunately loool
Yes, unless I'm with others then I don't.
That's my best reading times! Especially lunchtime at work. I don't want to go out and fight traffic, so I sit at the conference table with my lunch and book. Best way to spend the hour! (Also I read at breakfast and dinnertime too.)
sometimes, i’ve all was been a messy eater so i’m scared that i’ll stain my books my accident 😂

That is why I read on my kindle so I don't have to worry about this happening. Not to mention I can carry multiple books with me at once without them weighing me down.
i’m surprised that the majority of people don’t eat and read ! I only eat non-messy snacks like goldfish, fruit, or like potato chips. Really anything i can pick up with one hand and put in a bowl. Sometimes i like to eat sour candy cause it helps stimulate me n focus on the book better, also very mess free when it comes to turning n touching pages.

I just eat really quickly so I can get back to reading…unless I’m reading on my Kindle. I can wipe that down so I’ll read while I stir the pot, or while I eat haha.
I do if it involves using a fork. I don’t like risk of stains of my pages.
Eating? No, the snack just disappears in increments when I come up for air. A couple of chapters and the popcorn bowl is empty or the water cup is drained. No clue how it happens.

only snacks or when I'm reading something on my phone but I only do that when I'm home alone
No never just drink something! I cannot concentrate on eating and reading at the same time. HAHA! :D
Sometimes yes but I make every effort not to get the books dirty. Since the condition of your books are often a reflection of yourself, so why not maintain it in the best state?
I always try to read while eating but it’s too much work to eat and hold the book so I just end up watching a show

I don't because I'm afraid to dirty the book and it's hard to focus on both things at the same time. I will only drink something while reading.
I'd listen to the audiobook or when reading from kindle.

I had a period where it was a must to accompany my food with a book.. so i would reread the same book just bcs ... after some time, i grew out of the habit, and now i don't do it that often ...

I can't I'm too clumsy, I would definitely spill something.
When I was growing up I was always told it was rude to read at the table. So now, many years on and living on my own, I still feel a little guilty about reading whilst I'm eating. That doesn't stop me doing it though! LOL

I do 😻 with ebooks it’s much easier.
yes only when I am snacking cause if I am reading while eating the food would get cold cause I go forget im eating if the plot good
