Arizona US Senator Henry Lightfoot calls Nick to talk to Sam because he’s found his girlfriend murdered in her apartment. Rather than call the police, he called her thinking she’d be more discreet. Your opinion of how she handled the mess initially?

I think she let Nick influence her at first. When she got there and saw the actual situation, she knew this was not going to look good for anyone involved and insisted the case be handled according to procedure.

Sam behaved appropriately. There is no room for an honest and professional police officer to gloss over the involvement of anyone in a crime no matter who that person is.

I agree with you. Sam followed the rules to prevent anything coming back on Nick or Sam and she didn't look the other way to protect an acquaintance.

I agree with all of you. She handled it the only way possible.
