merge author and a book

Hi! It looks like I have a couple of books that came over from Amazon with "dvm" tacked onto the end, thus creating a new author for two of the books.

-Could you merge "J. Aaron Gruben DVM" (https://www.goodreads.com/author/show...) with my actual author profile, J. Aaron Gruben (https://www.goodreads.com/author/show...)
-I am not sure if this is something that would resolve once the previous issue is fixed... There are two editions of my Fuzzy Logic 2 book that need to be merged - there's a paperback edition under the dvm profile and kindle under my regular one. Librarians cannot merge author profiles when one of them is a GR Author, but I've moved the books from the duplicate profile to your profile.

I've combined (not merged, since merge = delete on GR) the paperback and Kindle edition of Fuzzy Logic 2.
