When I proposed this topic I was thinking of the capital city of an entire country, such as New Delhi for India or Beijing for China. I probably wasn't clear enough in my explanation, because I said "capital cities of the world." So, my description could definitely be interpreted to include the capital cities of provinces, although that was not my intent. I apologize for not being more clear and specific.
