Be sure to check for termites as well as plumbing problems before you buy a home.

Drainage system in some states is not good

Excellent drainage is hard to find anywhere, especially when there's a massive storm.

For your information, I do not recommend throwing up in your bathroom sink, as it doesn't drain well and clogs easily.

How about movies; I like the film 'Spy' starring Melissa McCarthy because it's so funny.

Just this past holiday season, I re-watched 'Spy' and laughed even harder!

(the actress who plays McCarthy's friend/colleague is so funny! I kept re-watching this one scene w/ her & Rose Byrne.)
