Edition Status Deleted?

I went to add a daily desk calendar (which has an isbn) to Goodreads and got a note saying the page already existed (but searching for the isbn offers no results).

I went to the librarian page for editing the entry and found it does exist, but the edition status is marked as "deleted"

What does this status mean, and is it okay to change back to public?

I looked in the librarian logs, and it looks like it was added initially as deleted, not changed later, so I'm not sure what the reasoning was

I have noticed that the bots like to argue amongst themselves about status. I watched them change one book back and forth a few times. It allowed me to keep it as public, so I guess we do have the last say over them.
Meanwhile they add stuff like notebooks and such without regard to eligibility.
I'm guessing this calendar actually does have comics since: "Calendars or something-a-day books with additional content" and is therefore valid.
On another note, Mittens is always funny.

Thanks Tawnya! I figured it was a auto-add issue, but wanted to check what we do in these cases
