Don't like (I read somewhere that the "cilantro tasting like soap thing" is linked to a specific gene which makes people in the Northern Hemisphere more sensitive to aldehydes in the plant, while people in the Southern Hemisphere are less likely to have this gene variant. I thought that was really interesting. 😃)
