Added the missing information. However I can't combine as that function is down for scheduled maintenance till 8th January.

May not be anything you did, I've seen a few today and things can go sideways when they are doing maintenance.

This ISBN is taken directly from the back of the hardcover book but I see it links to an edition without an author, page count etc and not linked to the other editions. Could this be linked and updated?
The last numbered page of this hardback edition is p198 and then acknowledgements on what would be p200. This the very last page and there is nothing after that. Source is copy in my hands.
