I almost bought it last year but didn’t have my wallet with me and when I went back to the used book store it was gone. It was an older guide type book. Maybe 60s or 70s? Pretty sure it had a green cover. It was on how plants change color in the fall/winter and how to identify them during that time rather than most guides just showing them at their spring/summer.
It was titled something like "plants in autumn" and I know either the subheading or the description used the word "splendor". Please help I'm desperate.
What type or region of plants was this book about? I see from your location that you are in the US, so is it about North American plants generally, or was it particular to one part of the US? Or somewhere else? (I didn't think Americans used the word 'autumn').
