Veronica walked among the feild, avoiding stepping on any of the strawberry plants. She was wearing her mundane clothes (human clothes) Her dark brown hair swept into a side braid. Her knives where strapped to her high thighs with a holster belt. She looked grumpy, because she was sent to meet some of the demigods, to "socialize" Jace had told her. "Stupid Herondale" She mumnled.

Selena sat just behind the crest of the hill watching the treelike and eating strawberries now and then. Upon hearing footsteps, Selena saw a unfamiliar looking girl walking through the field just over the hill. "Who is this?", she thought as she watched the strange girl.

Veronica caught sight of another girl, waving slightly she began walking towards her. She tried to push back how she was ticked off how she was even here in the first place.

Selena could see that this girl was obviously not from camp so she just gave a slight grin. "Hello. Can I help you?", she asked popping another strawberry into her mouth and chewing slowly so she could focus on this girl.

"Um yeah, is this camp halfblood?" She asked gesturing with her her right hand. "Im not really familiar with this part of the state"

Selena had lived in Washington before camp half blood, though she had been living here for two years so far. "Yeah. Long Island is pretty tricky to get use to.", she stated as a matter of factly as she got up and stood with her golden blonde hair swishing while she wore faded Romeos, cut off jean shorts and the usual orange tee shirt but with the sleeves cut off to reveal a toned and muscular torso beneath the shirt.

Veronica was silently impressed, she knew very little of demigods. Her training brought her decent stregth and agility but not a body like that. "Not as difficult as Brooklyn"

Selena reached around her back and pulled out a welding wand and on of an Aphrodite campers metal comb that she was entrusted to repair. Holding the comb in her hand she pulled out her trusty duct tape and willed it to form the original shape of the comb, which then it did with a sparkle of gold. "Never been. How is it? I have only heard rumors.", she asked while comparing the model comb with the original and carefully welding the teeth and body of the comb into a beautiful comb that was designed to please anyone.

"A city. Nothing different really from L.A. only colder" Veronica laughed slightly, watching the girl do...who knows what. She had no idea what it was. "But anyway, is this Camp Halfblood?"

Selena polished off the comb with her shirt leaving black stains from the heat. "Yep. You don't look like a normal half blood... How did you get in?", she asked looking the girl up and down with a cautious stare, while placing the beautiful polished comb in her pocket and letting the model of the comb morph back into being duct tape. Duct tape really can fix almost everything.

Venice held out her arm, showing a marking.


"Rune of insight, let me see what this place actually was. Im a shadowhunter, Ive got the blood of the Angel Raziel in me, there for I guess I somehow qualify as a Halfblood" Veronica shrugged "I was sent to 'bond' or 'socialize'. We have some sort of understanding between our kind apparently"

Selena admired the mark and looked up with a confused expression. "Angel Raziel? Ok... Well you want me to show you around camp then?", she offered gesturing towards the rest of the camp with a gentle and lightly calloused hand, her hair and shirt fluttering in the wind.

"Yeah sure, maybe you could explain to me a bit more on these 'half bloods' and I will explain to you on Shadowhunters" Veronica said honestly.

Selena grinned and turned on her heel. "Let's go then!", she insisted running down a beaten grass path towards the Hephaestus cabin. "I need to grab my hat and we will be good to go!", she called out to the shadow hunter as she did a front flip in the air since she was going downhill so fast. (On purpose though. XD)
