Hi, this book https://www.goodreads.com/book/show/3... has only 308 pages for the story, page 309-313 is the authors note, after that is advertisement for other books. The isbn is 978-0-7642-1923-8.

Page count is corrected to 313 as per world cat.org. Author's note does count.
