SOLVED. Children's book--> (Stella star??) about a girl with star powers and it was a series. [s]

I think the main characters name was something along the lines of Stella star, she was a young girl and she had a best friend or sibling I can't remember who was a boy, the book was apart of a series and I think one was about film or lights camera action, I really don't know i read this more than 7 years ago and I borrowed it from an Irish library so it might possibly be written by an Irish author

again these books aren't it, haha, but that's just my luck, i have been looking for this book for around 5 years!

Are these in the right sort of vein, though? Age range, style? Or am I way off in tone and content?

Are "star powers" like celestial super-powers, or acting skills? :)
