AquaMoon (aqua_moon) | 12 comments Happy Winter Solstice Goodreaders. Here's another book where all I could remember was a weird and random subplot detail:

A character decides to build her own version of Stonehenge to mark the sunrise on the Solstice (summer or winter?). I believe she used spoons or forks stuck in the ground on the daily to do this and it may have been part of a school science project (?). Don't think it was Wendy Maas but a similar author.

Want to say I read it 2005-2010.

Wish I could recall more of the main plot, but you know how sometimes one little detail is all you have and that one detail is driving you crazy? That's where I'm at lol. Any help would be awesome. Thank you!

Google Books preview of Love, Stargirl by Jerry Spinelli - Rosa's suggestion:
- There are different cover images.
