Those are some good and creepy ones, Whitney.
For larger images, I go to the book's page on GR, right-click on the larger cover image, select "Copy image address", and then put that address in this HTML line:
img src="IMAGE-ADDRESS-HERE"
You'll need to add the the opening (<) and closing (>) brackets and keep the URL in between the quotation marks. Same as you would do with images you want to use from elsewhere on the internet.
