Lisa Grønsund | 6163 comments It seems like having a plan is working out for you, Amand :) I always find it interesting how for some people it's more beneficial to have a planned-out list of books, while others just wing it left and right, and others yet, are somewhere in between.
I, for instance, cannot plan my books in advance to save my life :D

What did you think of Zikora? I've been meaning to read it for a while now.

Wishing you a great year! Happy reading!

Anand (anandspillai) | 61 comments Yea, the plan is working. I am participating 'Clear the Shelves', which helps me to list some books in advance.

Zikora is a short story that tells the story of a woman, also named Zikora, and her complicated relationship with her mother. In 35 pages, without a wasted word, it is a good short story.

Thank you Lisa for the comment, it gives me more energy to read more.
Happy Reading!

Lisa Grønsund | 6163 comments I really enjoy that challenge myself. It's a great way to prioritize owned books, instead of succumbing to the tentation of buying new books all willy-nilly :D

That's the one thing I love about Adichie's writing style - she's very precise and purposeful with every single word. I look forward to getting to it sooner rather than later :)
