PattyMacDotComma | 813 comments Aussie/UK mystery writer Rachel Amphlett has a couple of stories on her website you might enjoy

Devil of a Favor is a very short story with a worrying premise and a twist.

PattyMacDotComma | 813 comments The second story by Rachel Amphlett is A Burning Question, a longer mystery featuring Detective Kay Hunter from her well-known series, although this is a standalone. Narrowboats have become a target for arson.

Gayle | 111 comments I finished listening to A Woman of No Importance: The Untold Story of the American Spy Who Helped Win World War II by Sonia Purcell - 4.5*.

A true story of Virginia Hall who worked for Britain during WWII behind enemy lines setting up spy networks and sabotaging the Germans. She endured a lot, risked her life, and did many amazing things that were very successful. An excellent and fascinating story.
