Marianne (cloggiedownunder) | 9985 comments Swimming to Lundy may be only my second book by Amanda Prowse but it's definitely not my last. A sweet, moving, feel-good read. 4.5★s

Marianne (cloggiedownunder) | 9985 comments With #4 in the Lewis Trilogy by Peter May coming soon, I thought I'd better catch up. Peter Forbes narration of The Blackhouse is excellent (and gives me all that Gaelic pronunciation). 5★s

Carolyn | 9865 comments I really enjoyed The Seachangers by Meredith Appleyard The Seachangers by AA Meredith Appleyard, a well written tale of two people in their sixties, one retired and unhappy and one finding running her café getting to be all consuming, trying to decide how to live the next phase of their life.

Carolyn | 9865 comments The Things That Matter Most by Gabbie Stroud The Things That Matter Most by Gabbie Stroud is fictional but provides plenty of food for thought on the Australian education system and what politicians and society expects of our teachers these days.

Cheri (cheri12) | 68 comments Finished reading The Prince and the Firebird by Robert Angles The Prince and the Firebird by Krystyna Turska. Not sure why Goodreads put different author name there.

My review.

Carolyn | 9865 comments Talking to Strangers (Elise King, #2) by Fiona Barton Talking to Strangers by Fiona Barton is the second in her DI Elise King series. Elise has just returned to work following breast cancer treatment when a body of a murdered woman is found in the woods in the same location as that of young boy murdered fifteen years before.

Cherry, you could go to the "Librarians" thread (in "Introductions") and ask someone to fix the authorship. Angles might be a coauthor?

Thanks Carolyn, will do that now.

Hmm.. that was my first thought but probably not co-author (or even an author). The book doesn't mention Robert Angles at all and there's no trace to the existence of author/writer called Robert Angles when I look him up on Google either.
