Robin Hatcher (robinleehatcher) | 21 comments I have asked more than once to have the series name added to this book and the one that came out in the spring. Can someone please help me? I used to have librarian privileges but made a mistake and lost them. It's very frustrating that a simple thing like a series name and book number can't be added by the author. Simple, but it is also important information for readers. Is there a super librarian who can actually get this accomplished?

To Enchant a Lady's Heart, The British Are Coming book #1
To Marry an English Lord, The British Are Coming book #2

To Enchant a Lady's Heart came out in May 2023, but the series still doesn't show on my profile under the series listings.

Thank you to anyone who can actually make this happen.

Robin Hatcher (robinleehatcher) | 21 comments I see that there is another series (contemporary) also called The British Are Coming. I can't help that. Mine is not part of the same series. I named my historical series with my first proposal in 2009 to a publisher, and it has remained the same through the years until I was able to begin writing these books. How do we get this series listed on Goodreads? Just go to Amazon, and you'll see that the series name is there and is mine.

I only replied to Superlibrarians because my previous requests for help were ignored. I didn't even get a reply that said to go elsewhere. So thank you for this. I will take it to another folder.

It doesn't help that you keep posting new threads instead of bumping/adding to the old(er) thread.

https://www.goodreads.com/topic/show/... (posted two hours later)
https://www.goodreads.com/topic/show/... (posted after your reply here)

Starting new threads for the same issue is confusing.

This is so confusing. I started a new thread because I was told to go to a different group. So how could I not start a new thread when I was told to change groups? Seriously, I am not trying to be difficult. I am trying to understand so I don't make another mistake. I moved my request to SuperLibrarians because (1) "Serieses" didn't register as having anything to do with series as I've never seen that obsolete, according to the dictionary, spelling, and (2) I never received an answer to my first request, also not in a correct folder I realize now, so I assumed it was a super librarian task. Then David wrote "Please move your request to the Serieses folder." So I did so, and now I'm told this was one of three posts that was a problem. How should I have moved it to a new folder without starting a new thread?

Thanks for any explanation.

You were told to post in a different folder, not a different group. And you were only told this when posting here, your third thread about the issue.

For future reference, you can change folders by clicking the little green 'edit' link near the topic title (only in the desktop version, not in the app).

I would leave it as is for now. Your latest request is in the right folder and is also the most complete (but it does help if you add the link to your second book as well).

I will note on the first two threads that they are now duplicates and point to the latest thread.

But please have some patience. There are a lot of requests and only relatively few librarians working on them.

(The 'Serieses' folder name is just a jokey way to refer to series from the then moderators.)
