add book

Hello, I attempted to add my book Altered by Rene Wolfe , and it says that it is already listed in the system. however, I can not find it.

This request is now complete. To help librarians, please move it to the Closed folder. This is only possible when on the desktop site:

1. Click the 'edit' button to the right of the discussion heading
2. Change the folder to '[Closed] Added Books/Editions'
3. Don't forget to Save!
