Catalog guidelines error

The record for my hard copy edition of Empathy disappeared a month ago. I've just found out with a note that it doesn't meet catalog guidelines. I think this is an error and would like this reviewed.

Empathy is a full length novel traditionally published by Hawkeye Publishing. It is available as a standalone book in hard copy or e-book from multiple sources, including bookstores. It was reviewed in Aurealis Magazine in July - maybe this was mistaken for a short story?!

There are issues with the bot incorrectly marking books as invalid. If you could give the link to the specific edition or give the ISBN/ASIN, we can look at it.

I also asked for help via the contact function, I think that put it back up. However, the e-book entry is now missing?! As in, it says there's an e-book entry, but what comes up is the same as for the hard copy. This should have (I think) 5 ratings & 3 reviews, distinct from the hard copy ones.
