Page numbers are not correct

Hello the page numbering is not correct.
The last actual numbered page is 443 - Notes and Acknowledgements.
However there is - A Note on the Author which would be 445 and then also - A Note on the Type which would be 447.
So I leave it to you as regards what is the standard approach re. page numbers.
