Children’s Picture Book with cassette tape from early 2000s, I think, about quest to save small town

This book is a fantasy book about a boy named Ivan and a girl named Anna, not 100% sure on girl’s name. They are visiting Ivan’s grandmother in a small town where the ocean tide has gone out and hasn’t come back in. Ivan’s now deceased grandfather saved the village many years ago from the same catastrophe. Now Ivan and embark on a quest to save the village just as Ivan’s grandfather did many years ago. I remember the main bad guy responsible for all of this is a man named Dr. Deep.

The book came with a cassette tape, a map of an underwater world, and a notebook for keeping track of the items gathered and used. I think the book was published in the UK first.

The book is split into two parts, the first part is about gathering objects for the quest around the village, the the second part shifts into an interactive map of an undersea world that comes with the book. A cassette tape was provided with the book which narrated reads out the words on the picture book. Once the narrative shifts to the undersea map section Ivan and Anna meet a crab called Clacky Clack who helps guide them through the underwater world. The tape narrates narrates what is happening as well as gives clues to the reader where to go next on the map and what items they can use.
